Now that you have this awareness next time you experience that yucky feeling in your stomach or your mind is running wild ask yourself:

  • What is causing my anxiety?

  • Where is the fear coming from?

  • Is it real?

  • Can I limit influence from TV, Social Media, Work, Family, etc?

  • Is it in alignment with who I am? My core values? Who I want to be?

  • Is it on my plate?

  • Can I let it go?

  • Can I choose love? Or higher thought?

When anxiety comes from fear the fear can stem from not being in your power. It's your responsibility to speak your truth, monitor how you feel and get out of your fear mindset to guard your energy and influence. You CAN do this!
